Parent Line North Tyneside is providing a new text service to families for support and advice for children between the ages of 0 – 19.
There are two services available, the first one is for children aged 0 – 5 which is staffed by health visitors who can give you support and advice via text messages.
The second if for children aged 5 – 19 which is staffed by a school nurse who can give you support and advice via text messages.
